1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hd4 ("hd4", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the hd4 website at hd4.asia and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, online slots, crash games, arcade games, and payment processing services.

By creating an account on hd4, logging in via hd4 Login, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the hd4 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the hd4 platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside the hd4 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and hd4.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to and use of hd4 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. hd4 operates a strict 18+ policy and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 18 will be suspended immediately and any balances forfeited.
• You must be legally permitted to access online gaming services under the laws applicable to your location, province, and jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify your legal position before registering on hd4. hd4 does not provide legal advice and cannot confirm the legality of online gaming for your specific circumstances.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gaming platforms is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as part of any commercial or professional gambling operation without prior written consent from hd4.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from hd4 or any affiliated platform.

hd4 uses automated and manual checks to verify eligibility. By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false eligibility information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on hd4. Duplicate accounts – multiple accounts registered to the same person, mobile number, device, IP address, or household – are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all wallet balances.

When registering on hd4, you must provide:

• A valid Pakistani mobile number, which will serve as your unique account identifier.
• A password of at least eight characters. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity conducted under your hd4 account.

You must notify hd4 immediately via live support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. hd4 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

hd4 reserves the right to require identity verification (including CNIC or equivalent documentation) before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention standards.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

hd4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. No currency conversion is applied.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200. Deposits typically credit to the hd4 wallet immediately upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Standard processing time is within a few hours; VIP accounts may access expedited processing.
• hd4 reserves the right to apply additional identity verification before releasing any withdrawal where the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Deposits made via Easypaisa or JazzCash are subject to transaction limits imposed by those payment providers, which may change without notice to hd4. It is your responsibility to be aware of applicable limits on your mobile wallet.
• hd4 does not accept third-party deposits. The payment account used to deposit must be registered in your own name. Any deposit from a third-party account may be reversed, and the associated hd4 account suspended pending investigation.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on hd4 – whether on cricket markets, volleyball, live casino tables, slots, crash games, or any other product – are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product, which are displayed within the relevant section of the hd4 platform.

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by hd4, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• hd4 reserves the right to void any bet where it is evident that an error has occurred in the odds, game outcome, or bet acceptance process, including but not limited to technical errors, manifest pricing errors, or circumstances where the outcome was known or reasonably ascertainable at the time the bet was placed.
• Live in-play bets on cricket and other sports markets are subject to potential delays in acceptance due to data feed latency. hd4 will not be liable for bets rejected or delayed as a result of such technical conditions.
• Maximum win limits apply on certain products and are displayed within each game or market. hd4 reserves the right to apply stake restrictions to individual accounts without notice where necessary to manage risk.
• All RNG-based games (slots, crash, table games) on hd4 use certified random number generation. Return-to-player percentages are independently audited and disclosed within each game's information panel.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

hd4 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives to registered Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotions unless specifically permitted.
• Wagering requirements attached to bonuses must be completed in full before any portion of bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn from the hd4 wallet.
• hd4 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a promotion will be given reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.
• Bonus abuse – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated tools, or exploiting loopholes – constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hd4 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with any part of the hd4 platform, including bet placement, casino gameplay, or account management.
• Attempting to exploit, hack, or manipulate the hd4 platform, its games, or its payment systems in any way.
• Colluding with other Players or with casino staff (in live dealer environments) to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the hd4 platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
• Registering more than one account under any circumstances.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your hd4 account on your behalf.

hd4 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found engaging in prohibited conduct, forfeit all wallet balances held in that account, and report relevant information to appropriate authorities where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the hd4 platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, and the hd4 brand itself, is the exclusive property of hd4 or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any hd4 intellectual property without prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Play'n GO) remains the intellectual property of those studios and is licensed to hd4 for display on the platform. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of game content is a violation of applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hd4 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from participation in betting or gaming on the hd4 platform, including losses resulting from technical failures, disconnections, or data feed errors.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct, indirect, or consequential, arising from your use of the hd4 platform.
• Interruptions to the hd4 platform caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages (including payment provider downtime), or circumstances beyond hd4's reasonable control.

Nothing in this section excludes hd4's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Responsible Gaming

hd4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. The following tools are available to all registered Players via Account Settings:

• Deposit limits – configurable per day, week, and month. Any request to increase an existing limit is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time alerts – notifications after 30, 60, or 90 minutes of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion – Players may exclude themselves from hd4 for a minimum period of 30 days, up to and including permanent exclusion. Requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

• hd4 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• A Player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to hd4, other Players, or third parties.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting hd4 live support. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to standard betting rules. Any remaining balance (after deducting applicable bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which hd4 operates pursuant to its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration mechanisms specified by hd4's licensing authority.

Pakistani players acknowledge that the legal framework applicable to online gaming in Pakistan varies by province and jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice, and Players are solely responsible for ensuring their use of hd4 complies with the laws applicable to their specific location within Pakistan.

13. Amendments to These Terms

hd4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of hd4 following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using hd4 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
